Fursan Alghad’s air preparation system ensures the highest process stability and performance throughout the sulphonation line.
The atmospheric air is compressed up to 0.7 barg as required by the downstream sulphonation process. The compressed air is then dried through refrigeration and condensation, followed by absorption on a desiccant bed to achieve optimal purity and consistency.

The SO₃ gas from the production unit is first filtered through a high-efficiency brink filter to remove any traces of carried-over oleum. It is then introduced at the top of the Multitube Falling Film Sulphonation Reactor (MTHFR), where it reacts with the organic raw material under precise mass flow control.
